Rebecca Synnott, Founder of Synnotts Signature Bakes

Hi there! My name is Rebecca Synnott, I founded Synnott's Signature Bakes in November of 2018. 

I studied Culinary Arts in D.I.T for 4 years while also working in some of the top restaurants across the country, including the Michelin Star restaurant at The Cliffhouse Hotel Co. Waterford.

I have also done further studies in advanced cake decorating with Peggy Porschen's Academy, London as well as a sugar flower course with Jen Rojas from Cupcakes and Counting and Suzanne Brady from Cove Cake Design.

I have always had an obsession for baking from a very young age, this obsession runs in my family with my grandfather being a master baker himself, working in the well known St. Peters Bakery.

My journey is only beginning when it comes to cake designing and decorating and I hope you can come with me on this journey to see what the future holds!
